01 — Choosing the right memorial for your loved one

Take your time and browse our collection of memorial heirlooms. There’s lots of photos with each locket for you to get a sense of form and scale.

We offer a number of ways to personalise your memorial heirloom, creating a truly unique and fitting tribute to your loved one. Here are the options open to you:

• Ashes : Your loved one’s ashes can be forever resin-set or stone-set into your locket.*

• Printed Message : Your own message or quote can be printed onto the blank notepaper.

• Lining Paper : All of our lockets can be lined with a choice of lining papers.

• Engraving : All of our lockets can be engraved in someway.

• Stone setting : All of our lockets can be set with small stones in some way, shape or form.*

If you’re unsure of which to choose, please do get in touch and we can talk over the options available and how they can work for you. We also provide free quotations, simply click below to request yours.

*We will provide a FREE QUOTATION for you if your order includes an Ashes option or a Stone-setting option, as these personalisations are unique to each order and so require a bespoke quote.

02 — Placing your order

You can place your order by either selecting the options through our online shop, or getting in touch by emailing hello@letterstojinny.com.

(If your order includes an Ashes option or a Stone-setting option, we’ll get back in touch with your free quotation before we go ahead.)

Once you are happy to proceed we will email you your invoice:

• A 50% non-refundable** deposit is required to place your order

• The remaining balance is due on completion of your order, prior to collection / posting out.

Once your deposit is received, we will send you out your Ashes Collection Kit if applicable, and begin crafting your bespoke memorial heirloom.

** Please read over our Terms and Conditions, paying particular attention to Bespoke Items and our Returns policy. We ask that you take your time to consider these prior to placing your order.

03 — Crafting your bespoke memorial keepsake

We’ll begin work on your locket, crafting it in our cosy workshop in the Scottish Highlands.

All of your order details and ashes will be kept safe and confidential in our studio throughout the process until your order is complete.

Your memorial heirloom can take between 2 - 8 weeks to complete, depending on your order choices. We invite you to get in touch if you have any questions.

04 — Delivery

Once your memorial heirloom is finished, we’ll be in touch to arrange and confirm your delivery date, making sure your locket arrives with you safely on a day that suits you.

If you are local to the Beauly area, we are happy to offer a local to-your-door delivery within a 5 mile radius.

05 — Aftercare

We want you to feel relaxed in knowing that you and your loved ones are important to us. Your bespoke memorial heirloom comes with a 12 month Guarantee, which includes free cleaning. To find out more, simply click the button below.
